I've tried several times to make an appointment online, as the website prompts you to do so. However, there isn't any service that allows you to do such a thing. It reroutes you to the same intro page over and over. I called to set up an appointment and let it ring for 1:47. No answer. It is just baffling that an institution known nationwide for horrible service over several decades continues to be atrocious.
10:20 am, Feb 2 DMV CustomerI made an appointment online a couple of weeks before my license expired. I arrived 20 minutes early. I waited for approximately 5 minutes and my name was called. Kevin was my staff member and he was the best. He was very professional, nice and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tip: Make an appointment!
