This Manual contains guidance for the updated OASIS version that agencies will use starting January 1, 2025. OASIS Answers plans to transition training and testing from OASIS-E to OASIS-E1 starting August 1, 2024. S tarting August 1, 2024:
– All Blueprint for OASIS Accuracy workshops offered on or after August 1st will teach on OASIS-E1 guidance.
– All COS-C Exams offered on or after August 1st will test on OASIS-E1 guidance.

We make learning OASIS-E as easy as possible and answer your questions based on the most recent CMS guidelines.ﾠ With our practical training, you can collect accurate data, prepare for COS-C certification, and feel empowered in your practice. Our workshops allow you to learn from top experts and ask questions while sitting alongside your peers. In addition to training, you will receive the latest key source documents in a comprehensive, well-organized 600+ page handout. You can refer to these documents on the job and during the open-book COS-C Exam. The Blueprint workshop runs from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day.

OASIS-E1 training will be available starting August 1, 2024.

Blueprint for OASIS Accuracy training is designed to:

• Teach home health clinicians how to collect OASIS data using all the most recent guidance from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
• Provide a preparatory review for candidates for the COS-C (Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical) Exam.
• Supply the knowledge and tools to boost clinical confidence with a foundation of precise data collection.
• Provide nursing contact hours.
